PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF EVERY PROJECT
MV EDIL MAGLIUOLOCraftsmanship in our hands.
Craftsmanship in our hands.
Elba in our hearts.
A home to renovate, a facade to restore, a roof to protect.
We bring the same care to every job: listening to your needs and turning them into practical work, with attention to every detail. Antonio Magliuolo’s thirty years of experience underpin our work in Portoferraio and throughout Elba.
Redesigning a bathroom, renewing a terrace or repairing a balcony can involve several trades. We bring building work, surfaces and finishes together, distinguishing what you would like to change from what you want to keep. Our service pages explain the work we undertake, while our project pages show examples from actual jobs.

OUR WORK REACHES HIGHERWe reach the places
We reach the places
that need care.
We work on facades, balconies and cornices using aerial platforms and access baskets. Where conditions allow, we can work without full scaffolding, reducing the space needed and the setup involved.
Each solution is assessed on site, taking the building, access and type of work into account.

All frequently asked questionsAre the site visit and quote free?
Yes, both the site visit and the quote are free. Call us on +39 331 340 6035 or message us on WhatsApp to describe the work and agree on the location, availability and details of the visit.
Arrange a site visitDo you carry out both full renovations and work on individual rooms?
Yes. We carry out complete house and apartment renovations as well as partial work, such as renovating a bathroom or kitchen, laying floors and wall coverings, or building plasterboard walls. We define the work according to your needs and the characteristics of the property.
House and apartment renovationsIs scaffolding always needed for work at height?
Not always. For some work on facades, balconies, balcony edges and cornices, we can use aerial work platforms. The choice depends on access, the work involved and site conditions. Feasibility is checked on site: scaffolding is still necessary in some situations.
